Dynamic HB was formed and founded by owner and CEO Terrance Dexter Jr. Following his tour in Iraq in 2005, Terrance (T.J.) set out to help others in their time of need. Watching the Housing Market crash and seeing not only others but friends and family as well face foreclosure and lose everything, T.J. was bound and determined to learn all he could about the Market conditions and ways to help homeowners.
